Risk Disclosure
This Risk Disclosure explains important risks of using ProSignal on prosignal.vip. Read it before you open an account, follow a signal, or place a trade. If you do not understand these risks, do not trade.
1. Substantial risk of loss
Forex, CFD, and other leveraged market trading involves substantial risk of loss. Prices can move quickly against you. You can lose money even when you follow a professional signal closely.
2. Leverage can magnify losses
Leveraged trading can produce gains and losses that are large relative to the margin you post. Small market moves can cause rapid losses, margin calls, and automatic position closures by your broker.
3. You may lose deposited funds
You may lose part or all of the funds you deposit with a broker. In some market conditions, losses can exceed your expectations. Never deposit money you cannot afford to lose.
4. Historical results are not a guarantee
Historical signal results, win rates, pip totals, and other performance figures on ProSignal do not guarantee future performance. Market conditions change. A strategy that looked strong in one period can perform poorly in another.
5. Your result can differ from published results
The outcome you receive can differ from published signal performance because of spread, slippage, execution quality, broker conditions, latency, partial fills, weekend gaps, and your own timing, lot size, and order settings.
6. No signal is guaranteed
No ProSignal alert, setup, or provider result is guaranteed. Signals can be late, incomplete, or unsuccessful. Providers may skip, amend, or invalidate a view as the market changes.
7. Position size and risk are yours
You choose your own position size, leverage, stops, and risk per trade. ProSignal does not manage your account and does not set your risk limits for you.
8. ProSignal does not control broker execution
ProSignal does not route, fill, or guarantee your orders. Your broker’s dealing desk, liquidity, downtime, and contract specifications control execution. Disputes about fills or balance belong with the broker.
9. Not personalized financial advice
Trading signals and related commentary are not personalized financial, investment, or trading advice. They do not consider your objectives, experience, or financial situation. They are not a recommendation that you should enter any specific trade.
10. Only trade capital you can afford to lose
Use only risk capital — money whose loss would not change your housing, living costs, or essential obligations. If you are unsure, do not trade and consider independent professional advice.
11. Broker and platform risks
Brokers and trading platforms can fail, restrict withdrawals, change margin rules, re-quote prices, or experience outages. Holding funds with any third party carries counterparty and operational risk.
12. Technical, internet, and Telegram delays
Website, internet, device, and Telegram delays or outages can cause you to miss a signal or to act later than other users. ProSignal is not responsible for those delays or for trades you place or skip because of them.
13. Past performance disclaimer
Any past performance discussion on ProSignal, including provider pages, is illustrative of historical published results only. It is not a forecast, and it is not independently a promise of future returns.
14. User responsibility
You are responsible for understanding the products you trade, for complying with laws that apply to you, and for every order you send to a broker. Using ProSignal means you accept these risks.
