Terms of Service

The Service is provided as ProSignal through the website prosignal.vip. These Terms apply to the public website, related member access, and any associated signal-delivery channels that ProSignal makes available to you.

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement in your place of residence and, if you trade, you must meet any age, residency, and suitability rules that apply to you and to any broker you choose. ProSignal may refuse, delay, or limit registration at its discretion.

You agree to provide accurate, current information when you register and to keep that information updated. You must not impersonate another person, create accounts for someone else without authority, or submit false identity or contact details.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify ProSignal promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. ProSignal is not responsible for losses that result from your failure to protect your account.

ProSignal provides access to professional trading-signal content, related performance information, and supporting materials. Access may be delivered through the website, Telegram, or other channels ProSignal designates. Features, providers, and delivery methods may change over time.

The Service may be modified, suspended, or interrupted at any time, including for maintenance, security, product updates, or circumstances beyond ProSignal’s control. ProSignal does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability.

Access may be offered without a ProSignal platform fee. Free or continued access may later depend on meeting ProSignal eligibility requirements, which can include account verification, activity conditions, or a relationship with a supported broker. ProSignal may change those requirements and will describe material changes through the Service when it does so.

ProSignal may identify supported brokers and may receive compensation through introducing-broker or similar commercial relationships. Choosing a broker is optional and is your decision. Broker accounts, funding, withdrawals, execution, and customer support are provided by the broker, not by ProSignal.

Trading involves risk. ProSignal does not guarantee profits, win rates, signal results, or any particular trading outcome. Historical figures shown on the Service are not a promise of future performance.

Signals, commentary, results pages, and related materials are informational and educational. They are not personalized investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, and they are not an offer to buy or sell any financial instrument.

You remain solely responsible for every trading decision, including whether to act on a signal, position size, leverage, stop placement, and whether to stay in or exit a trade. You should obtain independent advice if you need it and only trade with capital you can afford to lose.

Private signals, member content, and non-public performance detail are licensed for your personal use only. You must not copy, scrape, resell, republish, or redistribute that content, or share private Telegram access, without ProSignal’s prior written permission.

If ProSignal grants Telegram or similar chat access, you must follow channel rules, keep invite links private, and avoid spam, abuse, or leaking signal content. ProSignal may remove access if those rules are broken or if eligibility ends.

ProSignal may suspend or terminate an account, or restrict features, if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, create risk for other users, or if the Service is discontinued. You may stop using the Service at any time.

You must not attempt to disrupt the Service, bypass access controls, harvest user data, use automated scraping in an abusive way, impersonate ProSignal, or use the Service for fraud or any unlawful purpose.

ProSignal, the PS PROSIGNAL mark, website design, software, and original content are owned by ProSignal or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of that intellectual property to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProSignal is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, data loss, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, signal delays, or reliance on published information. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to ProSignal for the Service in the three months before the claim, or a nominal amount if you paid nothing.

Brokers, Telegram, hosting providers, and other third-party platforms have their own terms. ProSignal does not control their systems, pricing, execution, or uptime, and is not responsible for their acts or omissions.

ProSignal processes account information as needed to operate the Service and to communicate with you. You should use a unique password and keep devices secure. Do not send passwords or recovery codes through public channels.

ProSignal may update these Terms. The updated version takes effect when posted on prosignal.vip, unless a later date is stated. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
